KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop accurate estimates for asphalt and concrete projects by analyzing requirements, blueprints, specifications, and site conditions. Collaborate with clients to gather project details and respond to service inquiries. Coordinate with the sales team and clients to clarify project scope, materials, and specifications, offering insights into cost impacts. Manage and update all project information within our proprietary CRM, following ACI's estimating and project management processes. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing for materials, labor, and other components. Assess project risks, identifying strengths and weaknesses to evaluate overall feasibility. Work with internal teams to initiate job creation, ensuring accurate project details for production and scheduling. Provide updates on estimate status and collaborate with teams to address any client-driven changes. Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating for paving and concrete projects. Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and bidding. Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Familiarity with construction software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Excellent communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and detail. A valid driver's license.
