What You'll Do As a Product Quality Specialist, you'll ensure every component meets the exacting standards our customers expect. You'll work hands-on with inspections, tools, drawings, and
teammates to keep quality at the core of everything we do .
· Perform
incoming, in-process, and final inspections
on mechanical and electrical assemblies
·
Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and specs
to ensure conformance
· Use precision tools
(calipers, micrometers, multimeters) to verify product quality
· Assist with
calibration tracking and equipment readiness
· Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues
· Record findings, escalate non-conformances, and support corrective actions
· Contribute to audits and improvement initiatives following
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001 standards
Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent (technical coursework is a plus) · 1–3 years in inspection or quality control within
manufacturing or electrical assembly · Ability to read technical drawings and apply inspection procedures · Solid communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills · Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs. and working in a standing/sitting production environment · Willingness to learn, grow, and take pride in your work
