As we continue to grow our online presence, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the mix of online retail management, creative content creation, and customer engagement. Position Summary:
The E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist will manage and maintain our online sales channels and social media accounts. This role is responsible for keeping our product listings accurate and appealing, handling day-to-day operations for our Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and company website storefronts, and creating engaging content to strengthen our brand online. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update our online store for wholesale HVAC and appliance parts Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and company website Handle product images, descriptions, and pricing. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Create, schedule, and post engaging content on company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and social media engagement Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and accurate inventory online Stay updated on e-commerce and social media trends to recommend improvements Qualifications: Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify or similar) Familiarity with HVAC and appliance parts industry is a plus (training provided) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule: Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
