Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and protocols. Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate security considerations into business development initiatives. Negotiate contracts with security vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery. Lead project management efforts for security-related initiatives, ensuring timely completion within budget. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the security department. Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to safety and security operations. Qualifications Proven experience in management roles within the security sector or related fields. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives. Demonstrated experience in senior leadership positions, showcasing effective decision-making capabilities. Excellent negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships and contracts.
