We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your expertise in various POS systems and your ability to thrive in both fine dining and nightclub settings will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit. Participate in training sessions on brewing techniques, cocktail preparation, and food handling practices. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or fast space . Familiarity with TOAST system is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Experience in catering or banquet services is an advantage.
