We are seeking an experienced Structural Welders. This position involves welding and fabricating skids and structural components for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of welding processes, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural welding on skids, frames, and support structures according to project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment (MIG, Stick, Flux Core).
Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
Work with grinders, torches, and other tools as needed to prepare materials for welding.
Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
Collaborate with other fabricators, fitters, and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Structural Welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to pass a 1G / 3G structural weld test.
Skilled in MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding processes.
Knowledge of welding safety practices and ability to use PPE.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
