Spyglass Talent Solutions, a retained recruitment firm, has been engaged by Brookwood Construction to conduct a search for a Commercial Construction Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management direction of multiple commercial construction projects. This includes oversight of budgets, schedules, plans, organization, and project closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in communication and problem-solving, and experienced in managing both field and administrative aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with owners and project teams throughout the lifecycle
Guide Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents as needed
Lead OAC meetings and manage required documentation
Monitor and control project budgets; participate in financial reviews
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
Review plans for constructability and accuracy
Procure materials and oversee buyouts and purchase orders
Resolve project challenges and implement corrective actions
Ensure permitting, code compliance, and safety standards
Maintain strong subcontractor and community relationships
Develop and update project schedules; oversee daily site operations
Manage close-out activities, including final inspections and punch lists
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in commercial construction, especially with a commercial general contractor.
Experience with tenant renovations, service work, and fast-paced or occupied space construction.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and construction management software (Procore, RedTeam).
Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
