Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Windsor Village Apartments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential maintenance, with hands-on experience in apartment make ready's and renovation . This position requires that you live on site and are available during off duty hours for maintenance emergencies. An apartment with utilities paid will be provided to the qualified candidate while employed. Duties Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs to all aspects of the complex including minor electrical and plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, etc. Make-ready's and full renovations. Keep all work areas and grounds clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Minor landscape maintenance. Communicate and work with property manager daily. Qualifications Proven experience as maintenance technician in apartment atmosphere. Experience in electrical, plumbing, home renovation, carpentry. Familiarity with PTAC units is highly desirable. Excellent personal skills with the ability to get along with sometimes difficult tenants and remain professional at all times.
