Job Title: Property Manager / Lease Administrator
Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Employment Type: Full-time, On Site, 8am-5pm M-F

We value hands-on asset management and long-term relationships. Position Overview We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager / Lease Administrator to help oversee a stable commercial real estate portfolio. This is a role that will combine day-to-day property management responsibilities with lease administration duties. Ideal for someone who thrives in a small company setting and wants to have a direct impact. You will manage tenant relations, oversee rent collections, and handle the lease lifecycle from execution through renewal. Key Responsibilities Property Management Oversee operations of our commercial properties (retail, office, & industrial) Serve as primary point of contact for tenant requests and issues Oversee Accounts Receivables, i.e. rent collection, defaults Coordinate repairs and maintenance with field staff, vendors, and tenants Utilize or implement new administrative processes for record keeping, reporting, and communications using Excel, Word and/or Yardi Assist with budgeting & CAM reconciliations Respond to occasional after-hours emergency calls Lease Administration Maintain accurate lease files and track critical dates such as lease expirations, renewals, rent escalations, and options Prepare documents for new leases and lease renewals in addition to welcome packets for new tenants Draft lease abstracts and manage rent rolls Ensure proper billing of rent increases, CAM charges, CAM reconciliations and tenant insurance Assist in the tracking progress of lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments Qualifications Commercial experience is a must, either in property management and/or lease administration Familiarity with commercial lease documents and CAM/operating expense reconciliations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate document preparation and record keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks, or similar) What We Offer Competitive salary: [$70,000 – $80,000] Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays and 401k A collaborative, low-bureaucracy environment To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter describing your relevant experience and why you're interested in this role to: [] Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Ability to Commute: Costa Mesa, CA Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Costa Mesa, CA 92627: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
