Cultivar is a family-owned brand established in 1999, deeply embedded in Napa Valley's rich history and culture. Initially focused on wine, it has evolved into a renowned Farm to Table restaurant celebrating fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with an emphasis on food-friendly wines and farm-to-table cocktails. With two locations, Cultivar offers inviting spaces for wine enthusiasts and food lovers to enjoy authentic, farm-to-table dining and urban tastings.

Opening September:
690 Bridgeway, Sausalito. Need: Seeking an outgoing, energetic, self led, hospitality forward server Position:
- Create and monitor quality, presentation, and consistency
- Support the management and be a leader
- Greet guests, talk to guests and know regular and wine club customers by names
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and training programs are consistently followed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant in line with health, safety, and food regulations
- Coach, train, and lead staff to performance standards
- Support the restaurant's marketing, community involvement, and brand growth
