About the Role
Patsco Windshield Repair seeks a Amazon PPC Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns that drive profitable sales of the Patsco Windshield Repair Patch on Amazon and the company website. The role manages budgets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms, with a strict focus on CPC/CPA efficiency, ROAS growth, and measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Google, Pinterest) to drive traffic and conversions to Amazon (via Amazon Attribution) and
Build audience strategies (prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes), creative testing matrices, and placement mixes per platform.
Own daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies; maintain spend efficiency within target ACoS/CPA and ROAS thresholds.
Develop and manage creative briefs for short-form video, UGC, and static ads; coordinate with internal or freelance creators.
Implement structured testing (A/B and multivariate) for hooks, thumbnails, headlines, CTAs, and landing experiences.
Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and Amazon Attribution links; validate data integrity across platforms and GA4.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actions.
Collaborate with Amazon PPC team to align keyword insights, seasonality, and promotions; coordinate with SEO and CRM/email teams.
Monitor platform policy updates and ensure ads meet compliance and brand guidelines.
Support product launches, promos, and influencer/affiliate initiatives with paid amplification plans.
Required Qualifications
3+ years managing paid social campaigns with measurable e-commerce results (Meta + one of TikTok or YouTube required).
Demonstrated ownership of $20k+/month paid social budgets and performance KPIs.
Strong proficiency with platform Ads Managers, GA4, and attribution principles (including Amazon Attribution).
Experience building audiences, setting event pixels, and troubleshooting tracking issues.
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
Portfolio of past campaigns or case studies indicating CPC/CPA reductions and ROAS improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience directing or editing short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and UGC workflows.
Knowledge of Amazon advertising ecosystem (SP/SB/SD) and how social traffic influences ACoS/ROAS.
Familiarity with Helium 10, Brand Analytics, or similar e-commerce tools.
Basic creative tools (Canva/Adobe) and copy testing experience.
Automotive, DIY, or home-improvement category exposure.
Core KPIs
Paid Social ROAS and CPA against target.
CTR, CPM, CPC trends by platform and audience.
View-through and click-through conversions tracked via Amazon Attribution and GA4.
Contribution to Amazon sales velocity and organic rank during key promos.
Creative testing cadence and win rate (new ads launched per week; % of winners).
90-Day Success Plan
Days 1–30:
Audit accounts, implement clean tracking and attribution, establish baseline dashboards, launch first testing matrix (creatives × audiences × hooks).
Days 31–60:
Scale top ad sets, roll out retargeting funnels, integrate UGC and influencer whitelisting, reduce CPA ≥10–15% from baseline.
Days 61–90:
Expand winning creatives to new audiences/regions, align with Amazon promotions, deliver ≥3.0 ROAS blended across platforms (target set collaboratively based on margins).
Compensation:
Salary range:
$60,000–$80,000
base, commensurate with experience.
