Global-e (Nasdaq: GLBE) is the world’s leading platform to enable and accelerate global, direct-to-consumer cross-border e-commerce growth. We make selling internationally as simple as selling domestically for hundreds of retailers and brands worldwide. We are looking for a senior DevOps engineer to become part of our DevOps team. Part of the DevOps job is to be in charge of the Production environment and all strategic processes in the organization, escorting and supporting R&D teams, develop and enriching new automation. Responsibilities
Mature perspective on Production environment Collaborate with various engineering departments Build CI/CD solutions with best practices, especially for microservices Analyze, design, and develop new features Update and manage our infrastructure Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer (infrastructure knowledge required) Deep knowledge in AWS (RDS, infrastructure, lambda, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.) At least 3 years of practical experience with Kubernetes (K8S) - specifically EKS Familiarity with K8S tools: Keda, Robusta, ArgoCD, Vault/Secret management, service mesh (Istio), Canary/b canary Experience with Network Infrastructure, Linux, Firewalls, DNS, CDN tools Experience with Ansible / Terraform Experience with monitoring systems: ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog DB knowledge: SQL, RDS Coding skills: Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Shell, Groovy, PHP, JavaScript This is a hybrid role from our Atlanta office with a 3 day in-office policy.
