Citadel EHS seeks a

Senior Project Manager

to manage high-profile asbestos, lead, and other hazardous materials surveys, project design, and project oversight. Ideal candidate will possess environmental remediation/abatement and/or construction management experience in the commercial, healthcare, educational, and retail environments. The candidate should be able to read blueprints, prepare project specifications, develop project schedules, manage field staff, and prepare budgets.

California asbestos and lead certification is required. The candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills, management experience, and be self-motivated. They should be high-energy, people-oriented, with a desire to grow and develop professionally. The position can be based in Glendale, Signal Hill, Irvine, Valencia, or Walnut Creek offices. We serve large institutional clients, including some of the world's largest companies. Skills and Qualifications

Degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or similar preferred. Minimum 5 years of related project management experience required. Certification as a California Asbestos Consultant and CDPH Lead Inspector/Assessor is required. Self-starter with responsiveness is essential. Strong knowledge of construction management, blueprints, MS Office, Word, Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Good organizational skills and time management practices. Limited overnight travel may be required.
