This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who has well-developed, value-based persuasive skill, is practiced at customer service, and is an innovative problem-solver. We value individuals who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal fit for this role will be creative and able to suggest tailored solutions to common problems, dedicated to growing the business, delivering results and facilitating deep connections between our clients and our company. Schedule: Monday - Friday Salary: $61,430 - $76,000 Responsibilities

Prospect new, competitive business through cold calling and visiting Target and prospect new business and maintain current business Maximize customer revenue potential by understanding their objectives, programs key strategies, concept, competitors, and consumer/shopper targets, and developing collaborative execution plans Sell and implement campaigns and promotional programming to increase customers sales Execute LOS (look-of-success) marketing strategies to increase revenue and grow brands Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with internal and external customers Order equipment and work with Service team to schedule installation from beginning to end Build relationships at multiple levels and functions in order to influence key internal and external decision makers Create offers for exclusive beverage agreements through profit analysis system and presentations Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in business or sales preferred 2+ year of outside sales, marketing required Must have a valid COLORADO drivers license Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products Driving record must meet Swires vehicle policy requirements Willingness to travel as needed Ability to periodically lift up to 50lbs Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Excellent Communication Skills: Written, Verbal, Presentation Must be at least 18 years of age to apply Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range is $61,430 - $76,000 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidates geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
