General Summary: The Production Recruiter is responsible for the execution of recruiting strategies and processes to provide qualified candidates for high volume manufacturing positions. The individual in this role will partner with HR business partners and operational leaders to recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position works within a COE (Center of Excellence) model. Must be able to work as a part of a remote team and cross-train and flex when business needs arise at different locations. Perform full life cycle of recruiting activities to meet the organization's needs including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers. Maintain job postings via applicant tracking system and job posting sites. Maintain consistent communications with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle, creating an exceptional candidate experience. Work with Sales & Operations teams to fully understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies to hit hiring goals. Maintain Affirmative Action Plan and ensure all recruiting processes are in compliance with AAP and EEO requirements. Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics. Develop relationships with community resources and local schools to positively represent employment brand and source hourly manufacturing pipeline. Lead development of brand awareness/pipeline building events such as open interviews, job fairs, and other activities. Support recruiting efforts of other locations as needed. Job Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources preferably in high-volume recruiting. Experienced in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting efforts. Up to 15%-20% travel. Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment. Proficient with Word and Excel. Why join the Greenheck family?
