The Accreditation Manager divides time between the Graduate Medical Education (GME) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) divisions of MGB Education. The position collaborates closely with the Senior Accreditation Manager, GME, and the Senior Program Manager of CPD, ensuring ongoing accreditation for Mass General Brigham-sponsored programs. Responsibilities include facilitating communication with the ACGME, ACCME, and Joint Accreditation. This role reports jointly to the Senior Program Manager, CPD, and the Senior Accreditation Manager, GME. Essential Functions:

Serve as a content expert on GME and CPD accreditation, providing consultative services across the organization on accreditation and regulatory topics. Act as the primary GME Office contact for assigned accredited programs at specialty hospitals (e.g., Mass Eye and Ear, McLean Hospital, Spaulding Rehabilitation) and community hospitals (e.g., Salem, Newton Wellesley). Collaborate with the VP of GME/DIO to ensure accreditation requirements are met, including managing ADS updates, program evaluations, reporting for ACCME and JA, program letters of agreement, site visit preparations, and communication with the ACGME. Lead the GME Special Reviews process, including designing, conducting, and reporting on reviews, ensuring timely presentation and response to recommendations. Oversee non-ACGME programs, acting as the primary contact for program administrators, conducting internal reviews, and drafting reports in collaboration with DIO/associate DIO. Ensure the accreditation standards, reporting, and compliance for over 170 Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) are maintained, supporting the Senior Program Manager. Support responsibilities related to the National Resident Matching Program accreditation as a backup. Present at workshops, orientation, and retreats for coordinators and program directors as directed. Assist in supporting GMEC and CPD committee meetings, including material preparation, A/V management, and minute-taking. Support institution-level site visits, self-evaluations, and reviews alongside the Senior Accreditation Manager and Senior Program Director. Lead small projects or work groups, fostering collaboration and workflow improvements. Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Masters degree preferred. Experience

3-5 years in hospital/managed care settings. 2-3 years in accreditation roles. 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred. Prior knowledge of ACGME, ACCME, or JA accreditation highly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
