Temporary Sports Marketing Manager, Strength & Water Position is a Full-Time TEMPORARY role from October 2025 through April 2026. Hybrid in-office schedule: in the Inglewood office every Tuesday and Thursday with occasional third day. About Goodr

This role sits in the Sports Marketing and Partnerships team and reports to the Director of Sports Marketing and Partnerships. About the Role Were looking for someone to wrangle the Strength and Water categories and connect the Goodr brand with new and existing consumers via social media, partnerships, athlete sponsorships, and event activations. Responsibilities
Support management of our presence in Strength (Crossfit, Obstacle Course Racing, Weightlifting, Hyrox, and more) and Water (surfing, kayaking, SUP, fishing, and more). Ideate and execute campaigns, athletes, partnerships, and retail opportunities for the Strength and Water categories. Execute the full-year plan for all owned marketing activities in the category while maintaining an accurate budget. Curate and develop content for social media featuring sponsored athletes, events, partner brands, giveaways, and user-generated content. Run the Strength and Water superfans program and maintain existing brand partner relationships aligned with Goodrs values. Expand market reach and improve product positioning to reach new consumers. Collect data and prepare analysis of athlete and partnership performance and other campaign metrics; provide strategy recommendations. Support Product and Sales teams with insights related to new product development and Strength/Water retailers. Lead publicity efforts for Strength and Water verticals and participate in events/tradeshows to engage the community. Collaborate with internal teams (PR, Social, Influencer Marketing, Sales, Email/SMS, Paid Media) to highlight Strength and Water initiatives. Operate without direct reports; lead the category as part of the Sports Marketing and Partnerships team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications / About the Ideal Candidate
3+ years experience as a Sports Marketing Manager or Marketing/Partnership Manager at a consumer brand or supporting agency. Passion for Strength and Water sports; strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent collaboration, communication, and copywriting abilities in our brand voice. Willingness to travel and engage with partners, consumers, and retailers. Self-starter with strong prioritization and cross-department coordination skills. Positive, team-oriented mindset; comfortable giving and receiving feedback; growth-minded. What You Get
