Drive Product Vision:

Define and execute the roadmap for end-user experiences within our Warfighter Systems domain. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:

Serve as the conduit between designers, engineers, and end users to translate needs into actionable software requirements. Agile Development:

Lead iterative development cycles for demo applications, incorporating continuous user feedback to refine screen management, navigation, and overall user flow. User Experience Focus:

Leverage your strong UX background to ensure intuitive interface design and seamless user journeys. Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with design teams (including providing input in Figma/storyboarding), and execute clear communication across technical and non-technical teams. Required Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years in consumer application technology product management. Design/UX Insight and Communication:

Strong background in UI principles and design with a keen understanding of user journeys and navigation through consumer applications. Can effectively translate customer needs and strategic goals into clear, actionable design principles, ensuring smooth collaboration with design teams. Appreciates the nuances of design, from visual hierarchy to user experience, to ensure product decisions are aligned with usability and aesthetics. Agile Environment:

Proven experience working in an agile setting with demo apps, rapid prototyping, and iterative feedback. Communication Skills:

Ability to effectively articulate technical requirements and design concepts between engineers, designers, and end users. Preferred Qualifications

Gaming Experience:

Exposure to developing or managing game experiences, ideally multi-player online games. Design and Storyboarding:

Hands-on experience with design and Figma skills that enhance the product conceptualization process. Compensation and Benefits

US Salary Range: $124,000 - $186,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers and are part of Anduril's total compensation package.
