Project Manager Commercial Retail Construction (Remote with Travel) Overview:

A well-established commercial general contractor with a strong presence is seeking a

Project Manager

with experience in

tenant improvement (TI) projects

for

mid- to high-end retail clients . The role is remote, but candidates must be willing to travel approximately

10 days per month

to project sites across the country. Key Responsibilities: Manage

3 to 5 retail TI projects simultaneously

across multiple states. Oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate with field teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Utilize

MS Project

and

AutoDesk Construction Cloud

to manage schedules, documentation, and communication. Qualifications: Proven experience managing commercial

retail tenant improvement projects . Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Willingness to travel frequently and work remotely. Compensation & Benefits: Salary:

$120K$130K annually Bonus:
