Shipping & Receiving Clerk
to join our facility in

. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are shipped accurately and on time, while also supporting material handling and inventory management.
Job Summary
The
Shipping & Receiving Clerk
is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, receiving materials and equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management. This role is critical in meeting both internal production needs and customer delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Pick orders and prepare items for shipment
Match products to customer orders and package appropriately (box, crate, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups
Load outgoing and unload incoming trucks
Inspect and verify received materials against bills of lading
Place incoming materials into storage and pull items for production
Operate banding equipment for outbound shipments
Label shipments per customer and carrier specifications
Complete all required documentation and maintain accurate records
Requirements
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months of related experience
Forklift Certification
Preferred:
1 year of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment
Physical Requirements
This position involves
medium physical work
, including:
Lifting 20-50 lbs occasionally; 10-25 lbs frequently
Frequent reaching, handling, and finger dexterity
Occasional climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and color identification
Ability to judge distances and maintain spatial awareness

Pay Details:
$17.00 to $18.00 per hour
