Innova Solutions is hiring Workday Project Managers for a healthcare client. Position Type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 24 months Location: Remote – US Based Only 4 openings Need Project Managers with experience rolling out Workday for large enterprises, and or that has worked on Workday projects in the past. Detail oriented, organized and task driven Must have a background in running projects for , HR, Payroll/AP/Finance, Supply Chain, Technology/Technical integrations within a Healthcare system! Must be versed in Agile, Google Office, SmartSheets and other office applications. Designed Soft Skills: Communication skills, Organization skills, Google office application skills a plus This is one of the biggest projects they have every had as a company as they updated their entire ERP system over to Workday. Manager will be setting each PM (4) up into different domains or towers, HR, Payroll/AP/Finance, Supply Chain, Technology/Technical integrations and will be putting a PM over each tower. These contractors will work within the defined group and their team of 5-8 people to help drive their specific tower to completion. This is typical Workday project, the deliverables and timelines have already been established and mapped out. There will be weekly status reports, Team meeting and additional meetings with the Corporate PMO team and daily conversations with manager. Looking for experience for the defined tower they will be representing along with Workday exp. Health Systems experience would be preferred. Do not need Hospital or HC Insurance! Workday experience will be required since they have their own method and terminology. They have thousands of integrations that they have to go through and a ton of apps surrounding their current ERP systems. There will also be a training and change management piece so if they have that experience it would be preferred. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $60-65/hr W2.
