Our goal is to improve service qualification and management through automation in enterprise level. In this role, you will work closely with Lilly SMEs, Cloud Infrastructure team and Self-service enabling team to bring enhancements and automation scopes in the system. You need to improve the security of the system by performing the vulnerabilities scanning and timely upgradations. **You Responsibilities:** Automation and Scripting: Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts. Create automation for Service provisioning and management through self-service portal. **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges. Proven leadership and team management experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, Interest in upskilling and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. At least 3 years of experience in a technical role supporting AWS cloud infrastructure and database administration. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Neptune, MemoryDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, IAM, and CloudWatch. Experience designing and implementing infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation. Strong scripting skills in Python for automation and operational efficiency. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions. Proven experience in writing complex SQL queries, database performance tuning, and general DBA responsibilities. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with application, network, and security teams.**Additional Skills/requirements:** Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins and Terraform. Experience with Power Shell, AWS CLI, YAML/JSON. **Desirable Skills:** Experience in Databases (RDS, SQL/ Oracle) and Agentic AI is an additional advantage. Experience in project management methodologies (like Agile or Scrum) will be added advantage.
