VTC Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled VTC Engineer with over five years of experience in audio and video installation, maintenance, and support. This role involves managing VTC (Video Teleconferencing) resources, overseeing AV systems, and ensuring exceptional audio and video quality for live and virtual events. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a critical role in maintaining reliable communications for meetings, events, and conferences. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement AV/VTC improvements. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain audio and video equipment. Activate, deactivate, recover, and troubleshoot VTC resources. Monitor and maintain AV systems for optimal performance. Create, track, and close VTC service trouble tickets. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio, video, and digital media systems. Monitor live stream video quality and manage digital media content. Conduct meetings and virtual face-to-face sessions using VTC platforms. Provide oversight to contractors for cabling and VTC equipment installations. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in audio and video installation and maintenance. Proficiency with VTC systems, AV equipment, and live streaming technologies. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software in AV environments. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in government or enterprise-level VTC environments. Knowledge of advanced AV networking and integration.
