As an Administrative Specialist Assurance Production professional, youll be a key resource for producing polished, client-ready deliverables and ensuring our assurance operations perform effectively. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to be a trusted support partner across the team. Major Responsibilities Producing professional documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint using firm templates. Managing deliverables through our quality control process and ensuring accuracy through proofreading and formatting. Assembling and binding client reports, proposals, and other critical documents. Providing flexible administrative support, including: Processing engagement letters and assisting with billing. Covering for executive assistants and front desk as needed. Updating databases and handling general office tasks. Assisting with special projects and other firm needs.

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills

Bachelors or Associates degree, preferred. 2+ years of experience in a related role. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; able to interact effectively at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to manage multiple priorities, support team members, and work in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable, professional, and highly motivated. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods (approximately 55 hours/week).

Working Conditions

The typical office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hybrid model (2-3 days in the office/week). Travel for this position is minimal. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Ability to move throughout office. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 30-50 pounds.
