Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Analyst, Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Program Investigator Level 4 (Senior Principal) to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible. Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following:
Conduct in-depth investigations related to counterintelligence and insider threats, as well as other security-related issues. Develop and implement CI and insider threat awareness campaigns consistent with the goals and vision set forth by the Sector Security Manager. Collaborate with internal business partners and other cross-functional disciplines to execute a holistic approach to identify root causes to CI, insider threat, and other security-related issues. Establish and maintain internal and external partnerships and attend relevant working groups. Stay current on the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the field of CI, insider threat and security. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on security best practices and counterintelligence protocols. Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of professional experience Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree Requires previous Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, and/or Investigative experience Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with an active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph at time of application Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Experience working in federal Counterintelligence Agent with FBI, AFOSI, etc. Comprehensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program, Intelligence Community Directives, and related training Experience and familiarity with U.S. Government law enforcement, intelligence systems, and regulatory bodies Your Distinct Strength:
Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong skills in collaboration, public speaking, and problem solving Self-Starter with minimal supervision Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
