You will gain direct patient experience under our nursing staff, as you work together to provide the best personalized care to our patients. Must have/be one of the following: Certified Nursing Assistant Nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation Three months clinical care experience Graduate of the Winchester Hospital's Nursing Assistant Program If you do not meet the qualifications listed above, we also offer a paid nursing assistant training program that may be right for you!
