Our mission is to create a welcoming environment that feels like a second home for your pet, emphasizing compassion, honesty, and the strengthening of the human-animal bond. Responsibilities Lead the medical team and continue practicing medicine while guiding clinical direction. Guide the practices medical strategy and shape its future development. Partner with the Practice Manager and Regional Operations Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and assist in annual planning and growth vision. Collaborate with local hospital leadership to maintain a culture of teamwork, high-quality medicine, and financial success for the clinic.
Services
Wellness and Preventative Care: Regular check-ups and health assessments to ensure pet's well-being. Vaccinations: Protecting pets from common diseases through timely immunizations. Dental Care: Comprehensive dental services to maintain oral health. Surgery: Soft tissue and orthopedic procedures performed with advanced techniques. Spaying and Neutering: Promoting responsible pet ownership and health benefits. Diagnostics: In-house laboratory testing, radiography, and ultrasonography for accurate diagnoses. Dermatology: Addressing skin conditions to keep pet's comfortable. Laser Therapy: Non-invasive treatments to reduce pain and inflammation. Boarding and Daycare: Safe and comfortable accommodations for pet's while the family is away. Grooming: Professional grooming services to keep pet's looking and feeling their best. End-of-Life Care: Compassionate support during difficult times. Emergency Services: Immediate care for urgent medical situations during business hours.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university, or equivalent Active veterinarian licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Texas Positive and effective experience leading veterinarians and veterinary technicians preferred A strong ability to manage staff and outcomes with emotional intelligence Commitment to the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics Experience effectively delegating tasks and achieving results with practice team members
