Now Hiring: 24/7 Private Duty Team Location: Coopersville, MI Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (7am7pm & 7pm7am) Client: Elderly Female Start Date: Immediate Centria Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to provide 24/7 in-home care for a female client recovering from multiple traumatic injuries. This is a long-term private duty assignment in a home setting, ideal for those experienced in orthopedic and geriatric care. This client will have a private duty nurse on shift to support total care. Client's Medical Overview:
Multiple Healing Fractures: Including both knees (patellae), wrist (radius, ulna, triquetrum), hand (metacarpal), ribs, sternum, spine (T11T12), sacrum, and pelvis (bilateral ilium) Neurological: Concussion recovery with cognitive communication deficits and polyneuropathy Orthopedic Concerns: Generalized muscle weakness, joint bleeding in left knee, thoracic contusion Respiratory & Cardiovascular: Respiratory support needed; hypertension management; oxygen monitoring required Position Requirements:
For Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA): Experience assisting elderly clients with limited mobility Capable of supporting all ADLs, hygiene, toileting, ambulation, nutrition, and companionship Current CPR certification Current Negative TB test Shift Details:
