Learn more about us . Overview: Xerox Corporation is seeking a full-time, dedicated, customer service-oriented Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator (OSA) to support our customers in Seattle, WA. The Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator is responsible for overseeing the fleet of printers for the customer, assisting with account management, ensuring timely supply delivery, and supporting service responses. The role focuses on maximizing uptime, utilization, and user satisfaction while minimizing costs, managing business document output devices and software at the client's location(s). Responsibilities: Monitor all facets of the equipment fleet program to ensure performance standards are maintained and contracted service levels are met. Engage with clients and third-party resources to prevent and resolve issues. Manage performance issues across all client locations. Oversee parts and supplies procurement, including onsite inventory management. Ensure service response requirements are met by coordinating with Call / Support Center activity. Coordinate equipment moves, removals, and installations. Collect and validate periodic meter readings. Work with the customer to integrate with the helpdesk ticketing platform. Manage configuration settings and firmware versions for multifunctional devices. Maintain and update fleet management databases and generate reports. Provide analysis and reporting support as needed. Qualifications: Experience managing equipment fleet implementations. A+ Certification. Experience with software / server management. Knowledge of printers and multifunctional devices on LANs. Success Factors: Access to support staff and management tools for daily operations. Completion of annual compliance training covering security, HIPAA, ethics, and conduct. Use of mobile devices for service alerts and dispatch. Ongoing collaboration with clients to improve service delivery using advanced technology tools.
