Valtir is searching for Plant Shipping and Receiving Admin team members in our Orangeburg, SC plant. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM. Pay starting at $19.00 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support and reports to Master Scheduling Manager to include key areas of general accounting, raw material tracking, purchasing, shipping and office support.
Specific Responsibilities: Greet, screen and direct visitors. Sort and distribute incoming mail and outgoing mail. Prepare shipping documents for outbound trucks. Process financial data and documents (e.g., bids, incoming purchase requisitions, purchase orders, mail, etc.). Manage incoming orders and raw material tracking, to include BOL, paperwork, and label printing for both logistics use (truckers) and Valtir operator use (logistics and operations). Perform Receptionist/Administrative support for Scheduling Manager, Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed. Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.). Assist with 5S and Lean applications Assist with yearly inventory count Other duties as assigned What you'll need:
Steady work history within MRO environment and ERP database experience. Ability to understand technical aspects of the job. Ability to follow verbal, written instructions and procedures. Ability to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently. Ability to function as a team member and to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
