PrideStaff has partnered with this family-owned manufacturing business to hire an experienced Shipping Clerk for their warehouse in Fairfield.
JOB SUMMARY:
Shipping:
You'll be responsible for verifying incoming deliveries against packing lists and Bills of Lading (BOLs), labeling products, and ensuring all items are correctly stored.
Order Fulfillment:
This includes pulling and verifying materials based on picking sheets, packing items for shipment, and staging finished products for final distribution.
Inventory & Documentation:
You will use our SAGE system to process orders, verify that shipping label information matches picking sheets, and handle the necessary documentation for returns
Operations & Safety:
You must be able to operate an electric walkie pallet jack and walkie stacker. You will be expected to follow all workplace safety regulations and be physically able to lift and move heavy packages
Teamwork:
The ideal candidate can work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
