Join a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in screws and bolts for both commercial and military applications. With over 25 years of quality service, we are looking to expand our Tooling workforce to continue serving major clients such as Boeing, Airbus, and Lockheed Martin. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our production capabilities. Responsibilities
Locate and pull dies and die cards for new jobs. Pull blank dies, carbide, and filler for assembly. Build new dies from prints or routers. Rework dies for heading. Make tooling for heading, including knives, quills, and upsets. Maintain a clean and organized area. Put up dies and die cards after job completion. Essential Skills
Proficient use of micrometers and calipers. Ability to operate a lathe and a hydraulic press. Strong adherence to health and safety standards with constant use of protective gear. Analytical skills. Experience in tool and die making is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent technical degree is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with interpreting blueprints and schematics. Competency in math for interpreting engineering blueprints. Why Work Here?
