Recruiting Coordinator
to support recruiting and onboarding efforts across multiple locations for a manufacturing client in Winter Park, FL. This role is a key member of the HR team, responsible for coordinating candidate logistics, supporting high-volume seasonal hiring, and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new hires. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring logistics across corporate, warehouse, and retail roles. Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, during seasonal hiring periods. Manage pre-employment and onboarding workflows, ensuring all documentation, background checks, and system entries are completed accurately and on time. Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and seamless experience. Maintain accurate applicant and onboarding records within Paycom or other HR systems. Assist with onboarding materials, orientation scheduling, and first-day preparation. Communicate regularly with internal departments (IT, payroll, operations) to support new hire setup. Help track and report key recruitment and onboarding metrics. Support hiring and onboarding and offboarding activities across multiple locations. Provide occasional administrative support to the broader HR team as needed. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 23 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR support roles. High volume hiring and onboarding is required. Experience managing onboarding processes. Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS/ATS systems preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage logistics for multiple openings and locations simultaneously. Positive, service-oriented attitude and attention to detail. Willingness to travel occasionally to Florida locations, if needed. Seniority level
