with experience in construction, specialty trades, or custom fabrication. Youll play a key role in preparing accurate project estimates and supporting data-informed pricing strategies that drive profitability. While signage experience is a plus, were primarily looking for someone with solid construction estimating skills and a sharp eye for cost analysis. Job Summary Reporting directly to our VP, the Cost Estimator & Pricing Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for signage projects while also managing pricing analysis to support competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and project details to develop accurate pricing for signage projects Identify labor, material, equipment, and time requirements by studying blueprints, bid documents, and project specifications Review detailed bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with design intent, budget, and project timelines Work closely with sales and project management teams to ensure pricing supports both project goals and company profitability Track and analyze pricing data, market trends, material costs, labor rates, and other factors to support competitive pricing strategies Assist in identifying value engineering opportunities to reduce costs without sacrificing quality Conduct post-project profitability reviews to strengthen future pricing accuracy Participate in bid review meetings to review estimates and pricing strategies with internal teams Education And Experience Required:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field and 3+ years estimating experience OR High school diploma/GED equivalent from an accredited institution and 7+ years related pricing, estimating or construction experience. Preferred:

Experience in architectural signage, custom fabrication, or a related specialty trade Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications related to signage accurately Familiarity with materials, fabrication processes, and installation logistics (bonus if signage-related) Analytical mindset with a knack for balancing quality, cost, and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software Effective communicator and team collaborator Organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Physical Requirements Listed below are key points regarding environmental and physical demands of the job.
