Project Executive Denver, CO
One of the top General Contractors in Denver is seeking a Project Executive. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive managing large projects, ranging from $50M to $300M. Experience with high-rise and structural steel projects is required. What youll be doing! Manage multiple projects and project teams concurrently. Build confidence, competence, and trust when representing the company to owners and their representatives to foster repeat business. Monitor jobsite safety and address deficiencies promptly. Oversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Track project progress concerning cost, schedule, and quality standards. Collaborate with the Senior Project Controller, Project Controller, and General Superintendent to ensure project success. Oversee procurement logs and monitor approvals of bid packages and subcontractor lists.
What youll need to win! Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in building planning and development; architectural or civil engineering background is a plus. Thorough knowledge of construction costs, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and engineering principles, along with familiarity with various construction methods and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD and Timberline is helpful. Effective communication skills with clients, designers, employees, subcontractors, and project personnel. Knowledge of permitting, zoning regulations, and ability to interpret construction documents, bids, contracts, and leases. Strong verbal skills, including public speaking experience. Excellent written communication, planning, scheduling, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to lead teams and successfully complete projects.
