HR Employee Services Administrator

The HR Employee Services Administrator assists with ongoing operational processes, audits, and HR administrative duties to ensure business line and employees' needs are met within agreed service level agreements and federal regulations. Responsibilities include managing a queue of assigned service requests, maintaining personnel files, performing back-up support to other general HR administration tasks, and maintaining a clear understanding of legal and compliance requirements. Basic Qualifications: 2-year college or post-secondary coursework in related field or applicable work experience 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or other applicable customer service role Preferred Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communications skills Experience with business process improvement Experience using ServiceNow and Workday platforms Skill in time management, innovative problem solving, and process thinking Attention to detail, ability to work independently and in group setting, and problem solve Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
