Yokogawa Corporation of America (YCA) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Service Business Unit. The Service group is a dynamic, customer-facing organization with employees frequently deployed to client sites for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Supporting this team requires strong HR partnership skills, the ability to navigate complex workforce needs (including varying work authorization requirements), and a focus on enabling leaders and employees to succeed in a fast-paced, technical environment. As the HRBP, you will partner directly with Service leadership while also driving HR programs and project-based activities across the employee life cyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and retention. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and a change agent, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals and foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Partner with Service leaders to understand business priorities and align HR strategies with operational goals. Influence key talent and workforce decisions by providing insights, coaching, and recommendations. Balance business needs with organizational HR policies and practices, maintaining consistency and fairness. Employee Relations & Engagement Provide day-to-day coaching to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and talent management. Support Service employees through the employee life cycle, ensuring a positive and consistent HR experience. Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement across a mobile, customer-facing workforce. Talent & Organizational Development Lead and support HR project-based activities such as onboarding, performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and training initiatives. Identify skill gaps and partner with leaders to implement development solutions. Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation and adoption of new ways of working. HR Operations & Administration Partner with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of HR services. Generate HR analytics and reporting to support business decisions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business or HR-related discipline (Masters degree preferred). 5+ years of HR experience in a client-facing role, covering multiple HR disciplines. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and workforce development. Experience supporting field-based or service-focused teams preferred. Workday experience a plus; multinational company background desirable. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred. Ability to travel up to 10%.
