JOB DESCRIPTION Develop and implement the company's branding strategy in the IT Outsourcing industry, enhancing brand awareness and building trust with potential clients. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote IT outsourcing services and technology solutions to target customers. Collaborate with technical and sales departments to create compelling and relevant marketing content that attracts new customers. Ensure consistency and professionalism in communicating brand messages across various marketing channels, including the website, social media, events, and promotional materials. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, provide periodic reports, and propose strategic adjustments as needed. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT outsourcing or technology sector. Ability to communicate well in Korean or English Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising platforms. Strong content creation and communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging materials that attract customers. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
