Create and execute strategic marketing plans for Trade Shows to drive channel engagement and product awareness in alignment with company growth goals
Deliver Sales Qualified Leads via in-person engagement at Trade Shows & Events
Increase the visibility of our products through the development of visual merchandising, marketing collateral, and sales support tools including event merchandising, procurement & management of vendors
Develop channel-specific training and communication plan for Zurn Elkays sales rep agencies and channel partners to optimize customer engagement with stocking and merchandising conversion opportunities
Serve as the liaison and communication conduit between Reps and Zurn Elkays Marketing teams
Oversee the development, management, and distribution of Rep communications and sales enablement tools
Develop and manage the strategic go-to-market channel and communication plans in support of product launches to ensure successful commercialization
Develop sales and marketing promotional strategies that achieve a measurable increase in brand awareness and incremental sales with key customer accounts
Lead the strategy and management for key trade shows and internal events reflective of Zurn Elkays sales and marketing goals that create a consistent and positive experience
Provide directional leadership on managing exhibit vendors, executing trade show plans, and coordinating the travel, transportation, logistics, and other key elements of each event as needed
Oversee the management of the Zurn Elkay Gear online store, overseeing all branded clothing and promotional items for the company, including our merchandising vendor relationship
Work closely with Marketing team to support ongoing priorities, including internal communication process, product presentations, trade shows, research, and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
5+ years of trade show exhibit experience with proven track record of improving ROI in regard to increased number of leads, qualified leads, and sales funnel contribution
Develop and maintain multiple action plans or projects simultaneously utilizing project management skills and working to deliver projects on time and within cost
Ability to perform financial analysis to drive maximum ROI of channel marketing promotions and events
Problem solving skills and results-driven approach
Ability to effectively organize work, prioritize and manage time effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and ever-changing tasks
Ability to act independently while collaborating with a variety of internal and external teams
Ability to advise and implement business brand strategies, positioning and guidelines to provide consistent messaging and brand standards for trade shows and events
Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals
Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Ability to communicate effectively by developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Ability to work in a variety of environments, including office, warehouse, convention, hotel, conference center and on-site as required
Ability and willingness to handle, carry, lift or transport show material, supplies and products as needed and ability to move within multiple locations while planning or on-site
Travel an estimated 15-25% to channel partner locations, trade shows and events
Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 The compensation range(s) identified above are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
