The Global Field Solution Team enables our global field teams (Sales, Medical and Field Managers) to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) to promote, educate, and discuss Lilly products, helping patients live better lives. We are seeking a CRM Technical Platform Lead with Field Solutions CRM experience to lead the implementation of a new CRM and support the current CRM. Location: Indianapolis, IN. The role requires end-to-end technical design and oversight across the CRM ecosystem, with a focus on integration, data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. What Youll Be Doing Objective 1: Technical Platform Leadership for New CRM Lead solution planning, architectural design for the future Global Field CRM implementation, ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of the new CRM. Support vendor selection, technical evaluations, and system integration strategies. Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle from planning to execution and post-implementation. Translate business requirements into technical solutions in the new CRM (AI, systems, automation, etc.). Partner with vendor resources on solution development to align data and technical direction. Enable AI agenda and capabilities.
Objective 2: Support and Maintenance of Current CRM Understand and support the existing CRM during the transition to the new platform. Serve as escalation point for incident management for critical incidents unresolved by operations. Responsible for design approvals of technical solutions prior to handoff to development teams.
Objective 3: Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Work with product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Communicate with product managers, developers, and team members to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Influence and partner with Enterprise Architecture to approve new technologies and approaches.
Objective 4: Technical Expertise and Continuous Improvement Evaluate and propose new technologies to transform internal initiatives and generate innovative ideas. Understand the CRM ecosystem, including integrations with other systems and processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements within CRM systems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technical SMEs. Create architectural reference material to communicate design to different audiences.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, computer information or related technical field. 7+ years of information technology experience. Deep experience with Field CRM technologies (e.g., Veeva). Experience with global system implementations.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to operate across time zones aligned to project delivery and collaborate with IT and business partners. Creative, analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and effective communication.
