We're seeking a
SR / Lead Business Analyst
with strong
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
/
IAM and Audit
experience to join a high-impact security and governance team within a highly known and desired investment banking corporate office in downtown Chicago. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, enterprise environment where your work directly supports compliance and risk reduction initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Support
account remediation and credential vaulting
using PAM tools like CyberArk or BeyondTrust
Analyze large sets of access data using
Excel
– identify trends, track compliance, and build dashboards
Partner with internal stakeholders (AD, UNIX, Mainframe teams) to manage access across platforms
Rotate credentials, maintain vault hygiene, and help keep access compliant
Work closely with governance teams to prepare audit data and respond to compliance needs
Contribute to creative presentations, reporting, and insights for leadership
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Strong knowledge of
CyberArk ,
BeyondTrust , or similar PAM platforms
Hands-on experience with
password rotation ,
account remediation , and
vaulting
Excellent communication and a proactive, team-first mindset
Understanding of
Active Directory, UNIX, Mainframe
access controls
Bonus Points For
Experience working with or responding to
audit
and compliance requests
Familiarity with
change management
processes
Exposure to
PAM governance
strategy and planning
Additional Info
Must be comfortable working in a
high-volume
environment
Hybrid schedule – must be local to
Tempe, AZ
or
Chicago, IL
Interviews are starting immediately
$75-78/hr W2
