Your primary responsibility will be to help our customers reach their goals, through onsite and remote interactions. Rockwell Automation will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and resources required for you to be successful in this role. You will report to the Team Lead, Remote Support. This position is a remote opportunity. Your Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and solve customer issues via the phone, chat, email, and onsite Performs on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnostics, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems Performs project management by setting expectations with customers for follow up, maintaining Service Tickets and developing Knowledgebase content Responds to urgent customer needs, ensuring a timely and quality response while keeping relevant parties informed Serve as company liaison to the customer for multiple product families and various types of customer inquiries Achieve customer satisfaction metrics Models collaboration in a dynamic team environment Travel as required to cover assigned region/sub-region.
