Services Strategic Initiatives Intern
The Services Strategic Initiatives Intern will provide internal support to the high-performing teams within our Solutions, Consulting & Engineering organization. This role focuses on employee engagement, capability building, and strategic initiative management to drive delivery success and customer satisfaction. The intern will collaborate with various departments to implement effective programs for our services organization. Job Responsibilities: Manage internal strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals and track key performance indicators. Enhance project management skills within the team to improve project planning and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and complete strategic projects efficiently. Develop and implement on-demand training modules using tools like Articulate, PowerPoint, and Canva. Engage with stakeholders to design training, manage launch metrics, and adapt to changing business needs. Facilitate large training events, including logistics and emceeing. Create compelling visuals such as charts and tables. Manage and update 20+ on-demand training modules and monthly live events. Relevant Majors: Business Administration Computer Science Cyber Security Data Science/Analytics Economics/Statistics Information Technology Software Engineering Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship. You must have a graduation date of December 2026 or later to qualify for the program. Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role with a strong interest in numbers/mathematics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel. Strong written & verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. Strong organizational, problem solving & analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong independent judgment and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate well with others. Must provide reliable transportation & housing. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
