This position is essential for guiding the architectural direction of product development and sustenance with a focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring quality compliance within the organization. Responsibilities
Architect, Design, and Develop Comprehensive Windchill Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery, Ensuring Alignment With Industry Standards And Client Specifications. Train and Mentor Team Members In Windchill Best Practices And Methodologies, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Mitigating Delivery Risks Through Skill Enhancement. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies In PLM And Windchill, Implementing Knowledge Upgrades To Ensure That Solutions Are Innovative, Current, And Meet Stringent Quality Standards. Gather And Analyze Specifications From Stakeholders To Deliver Tailored Solutions In Windchill, Leveraging A Deep Understanding Of Both The Technology And The Relevant Domain. Skill Requirements
Expert Knowledge Of Windchill Architecture And Implementation. Strong Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Principles. Proficiency In Change Management Processes And Design Verification & Validation Methodologies. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Think Strategically. Certifications
