Position Dates: January 12th, 2026 - June 26th, 2026 As a

Product Management Co-Op , you'll play a key role in shaping innovative hardware solutions that improve the lives of people managing diabetes. You'll gain hands-on experience across the product lifecycle and collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. This role is ideal for someone with a hardware engineering background or strong technical acumen who is interested in pursuing a career in product management. This is a hybrid role (3+ days per week) based out of our Acton, MA headquarters. This co-op runs from January to June, with the potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do Support Product Discovery : Assist in identifying user needs and pain points, particularly for individuals with accessibility challenges.

Collaborate with Engineering & Design : Work closely with hardware engineers, industrial designers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.

Support Business Case Development : Contribute to building the business case for new product concepts by synthesizing user insights, market data, and technical feasibility to inform investment decisions.

Assist in Prototyping & Testing : Participate in concept evaluations, usability testing, and feedback synthesis to inform design iterations.

Document Requirements & Insights : Support the team in translating user research and technical input into clear, actionable product requirements.

Support Cross-Functional Alignment : Support the team in engaging with regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance and feasibility.

Participate in Development Planning : Join sprint reviews, PI planning, and other key planning activities to understand how hardware development timelines and milestones align with product management priorities.

Education & Experience Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical), Industrial Design, or a related field.

Interest in pursuing a career in product management and medical device development.

Familiarity with CAD tools, prototyping, or usability testing is a plus.

Knowledge of diabetes care is helpful but not required.
