Senior Analytics Assistant
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Assistant in Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations. In this role, you will: Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools Perform complex administrative transactional and operational support tasks Update project logs Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to projects Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff Interact with team, functional area, internal peers outside work group, and manager on planning and performing analysis, trends, and presentation design Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Analytics and Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Cash Vault experience Inventory control experience A combination of Outsource Cash Vault and inventory reporting experience Experience manipulating data, trending reports and pivot tables and charts Job Expectations: Hours are Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm with flexibility depending on business needs. This is a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in office required.
