Advanced Regional Surgery Center is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist! Welcome to Advanced Regional Surgery Center! Advanced Regional Surgery Center, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations. Front Desk Receptionist at Advanced Regional Surgery Center interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; admits patients and processes their paperwork; updates patient demographics/information in system; collects monies due and documents in the billing system; handles funds per office procedure. Answers incoming phone calls. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays or weekends. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred. Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties. Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial. Bilingual preferred. Good communication skills.
