Technical Project Manager

to play a pivotal role in expanding our softwares integration capabilities with third-party HR systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on project executionperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment where precision and accountability matter. Integration Project Management

Oversee end-to-end delivery of custom integrations between our platform and third-party HR systems, with primary focus on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables for multiple concurrent integration projects Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendor technical teams to ensure successful implementations Develop and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, and integration roadmaps Lead API integration projects with clients, ensuring technical requirements are clearly defined and met Work closely with client technical teams to understand integration needs and constraints Manage API testing, validation, and deployment processes Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution efforts Manage data engineering initiatives related to HR system integrations Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are met across all integration projects Coordinate data mapping, transformation, and migration activities Oversee implementation of data validation and monitoring processes Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary technical point of contact for client integration projects Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure client needs are met Communicate project status, risks, and technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party HR system providers Process Improvement

Develop and refine integration methodologies and best practices Create standardized documentation templates and project workflows Identify opportunities to streamline integration processes and reduce delivery timelines Contribute to product roadmap planning based on integration project learnings Required Qualifications / Experience

5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in software integrations or SaaS environments 3+ years of hands-on experience with API integrations and RESTful web services Proven track record managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders Experience working with HR technology systems, particularly Applicant Tracking Systems Technical Skills

Strong understanding of API architecture, authentication methods, and data formats (JSON, XML) Experience with integration platforms and middleware solutions Knowledge of database concepts and SQL Familiarity with data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT processes Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST, webhooks) Project Management

PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong risk management and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience leading cross-functional teams Strong client-facing and vendor management experience Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field Experience with HR systems such as Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar platforms Knowledge of HR data standards and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Background in data warehousing or business intelligence tools Previous experience in HR technology or talent acquisition industry Why Join Culture Index?
