Data Entry Clerk | Remote (Dallas/Fort Worth Area) Were seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join a healthcare program team on a temp-to-hire basis. If youre comfortable working remotely within one hour of Dallas/Fort Worth, have strong data entry skills, and can handle high-volume, fast-paced environments with professionalism and confidentiality, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. What Youll Do: Accurately enter patient enrollment forms and other program documents, including Prior Authorization Forms Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers or patients to collect missing or clarify information Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-train within the Patient Services team Maintain strict confidentiality in a HIPAA-compliant home workspace Manage multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure What You Bring: High School Diploma required Previous experience in healthcare or customer service environments Professional computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, web apps, and strong keyboarding Experience handling time-sensitive, high-pressure situations with excellent judgment and customer service skills Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities Dependable work ethic and ability to accept coaching and feedback Must pass a data entry test (using https://www.dataentrytester.com/) and submit a screenshot of results Must have home internet with at least 100Mbps speed (internet speed test screenshot required) HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a door that can remain closed to ensure confidentiality Location:
