Our client, a leader in Business Operations support, is seeking a Project Coordinator and Analyst to join their team. As a Project Coordinator and Analyst, you will be part of the Business Operations department supporting project management, event coordination, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Job Title: Trade Shows/Events Manager I Location: Boise, ID Pay Range: From $25.09 to $32.85 per hour Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8 What's the Job? Proactively plan and coordinate all aspects of steering and presidential work Assist leaders with securing hotels and support event hosting activities Coordinate transportation logistics for events and meetings Manage invoices and handle data reporting to ensure accurate payments Collaborate with assistants and team members to communicate schedules and logistics What's Needed? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site at Boise, ID location Willingness to support overtime and flexible scheduling as needed What's in it for me?
